Agnes was established as a MADO Health Care
Center in 1983. Since then, it has served the community as a
reputable 24-hour, long-term skilled nursing care facility.
St.
Agnes provides special services for the community with an
on site Rehabilitation Department that utilizes an inter-disciplinary
approach resulting in the highest quality outcome. Another
special service offered at St. Agnes is the Chinese Specialty
Unit. St. Agnes has designated an entire floor to Chinese
speaking residents. The cultural friendly staff creates a
pleasant living environment.
St.
Agnes also serves residents in need of short-term respite
stays and hospice services. The goal is to provide the highest
standard of care and to maintain the highest quality of life
possible for individuals.
It

to nurturing the social, emotional, and spirituals aspects
of daily living. In a facility that accommodates 204 residents,
